About Envision Builders

Bill Hofherr is a 20-year veteran of the real estate and homebuilding industries, working in both the private and public sectors. Prior to founding Envision Builders, he was Division President for Beazer Homes, a top-10 national homebuilder in Delaware and northern Virginia. He also worked for national builders Pulte Home Corporation and Ryan Homes and has developed numerous communities throughout Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and northern Virginia. Throughout his career, he has gained hands-on experience in management, marketing, land acquisition, operations, and construction.

Mr. Hofherr received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University. He is active in homebuilding associations throughout the area.

Bob Gentry has over 20 years of construction and service industry experience as a building industry corporate executive, supervising treasury, accounting, budgeting, credit, administration and computer functions. Before joining Envision Builders, he was Chief Financial Officer for the Mid-Atlantic region of Beazer Homes where he was responsible for complete financial oversight of five divisions. Bob has extensive background in completing complex land transactions and joint venture deals.

Mr. Gentry holds an M.P.A. (Master of Professional Accountancy) degree from Loyola College in Baltimore and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.

Al Guerieri's homebuilding background spans over 30 years. Before coming with Envision Builders, he served as Vice President of Operations at Beazer Homes where he managed product development production, purchasing, and customer service for the Maryland and Delaware divisions. At Envision Builders, he supervises product design, purchasing, and construction of new homes.

Mr. Guerieri earned a Bachelors of General Studies (BGS) from the University of Maryland and completed post graduate studies in economic financial management at Towson University.
